Having an outage and Zoho Support is gone for the weekend!!!
Outage on Zoho Flow in critical application.... easy to fix. I just need to add credits. But of course, I cannot do that myself on Zoho One!!!
No idea what to do.
Not sure how an enterprise product can have an outage and I cannot get support on a weekend. Nor can I buy something in their limited online store that would fix the outage.
I recommend Zoho to my own clients but I am not sure I feel confident doing that anymore either.
I tried their escalation email address... but no one responds to that either.
I am not sure I can have any faith in Zoho's enterprise software if I cannot get an outage addressed ASAP 24x7.
Any ideas?
