Help! Can't login after new phone

Help!  I had a problem with mt phone (iPhone 7) and the Apple store had to give me a whole new phone.  we did a back before swapping, and I restored the backup onto the new phone.  However, now when I try to log in to zoho notebook, I seem to be stuck in an endless login cycle:  

- I put in my email and password, and the app tells me I need a one-time passcode from the Google Authenticator app
- I go to the Google Authenticator app and it tells me that to add zoho I need to scan a barcode (which requires me to log in to my zoho account)
- trying this from the website doesn't help, because it also wants the passcore from the Google Authenticator app
- I also can't get a backup code, see previous bullet
- when I go to the Zoho support site and select "submit a request", there is no option for Zoho Notebook
- when I try to call the support number, selecting a number on the keypad doesn't work

I love the Notebook app, and I had a lot of stuff in there.  I hope it is not gone for good!! If anyone has any ideas, I would really appreciate it.
