Help needed with unsubscribe links and preference center

Hello everyone,

My company and I are new users to Zoho and we're just now getting ready to send out our first large email Campaign. I was a little confused about the differences between Zoho CRM Campaigns and Campaigns but I think I have a better handle on it now.

My question is around unsubscribing, managing lists, and contact preferences. After chatting multiple times with Zoho tech support, I was made aware that I'm unable to edit the Unsubscribe URL that can be embedded in a Zoho Campaigns email body or the footer. Moreover, there are a variety of limitations I found when trying to edit the unsubscribe landing page under Signup Pages & Email.

We are a startup company with a small database of contacts. We don't have a need for more than 1 or 2 lists nor do we need topics. I simply want to provide the user the option to Unsubscribe from our main list and not give them an option to manage preferences. I was also told that there is no way to add our company logo to the unsubscribe landing page which seems ridiculous.

Can someone provide direction on how to manage preferences and lists for a company that doesn't really need that level of detail yet but because of Zoho's deficiencies, we have no choice to use it.  I tried to manage my lists but it did nothing to the preference page.

I took the liberty of created an unnecessarily detailed document with screenshots of my issues. I've also pasted them below. Any help this community can provide would be greatly appreciated!

In the last post, we learned about the subject line. Today we'll be learning about the preheader. A preheader is the short text that follows the subject line in an email. The preheader is designed to hint at what your email message is all about. A good preheader should act as a second subject line and convince your contacts to open the email. • Tip of the week 15 - Add subscription-preferences option. Drive more engagement.

If crafting content for emails, getting creatives done, and running email campaigns is your love, then unsubscribes are the heartbreakers.  You can save your emails from being unsubscribed/trashed by adding a proper subscription-preferences option in your emails (works best at the time of signup). Giving subscribers the option to choose what they want to receive from you and decide how often (frequency of the emails) your emails should hit their inboxes will increase the reach of your campaigns manifolds.
