Help please - Desk and ticket info in CRM

Zoho Desk integration? 

We are starting to use both Zoho Desk and Zoho One. I have raised a few tickets for a client, and today created their profile in the CRM. Same Account Name, and same email address. I would expect that the CRM would show that there are tickets for this user. But it shows nothing, and when I try to create a new ticket in Desk, it does not appear to be looking up the CRM for account names, etc. 

Am I doing something wrong or does the CRM simply not integrate with DESK, PROJECTS, SURVEY, etc? 

Because when you look in the CRM, there are certainly headings for these other modules, and the Contact profile intimates that it should show the tickets, etc
