HELP PLEASE - 'Error Occurred. Problem while Opening the Document.'

Please help. I have been trying to get in touch with someone in support or sales for the last week and no one has gotten back to me. We are considering using Zoho for all of our business applications, but if we can't get past basic problems, I am concerned we won't be able to integrate Zoho into our system.

The problem:

I have several sheets shared with around 5-10 team members. Often, they report a problem when opening the shared sheet with them. A small rectangle box appears on screen that says 'Error Occurred. Problem while Opening the Document.' Some times they will try to enter 3-4 times and it finally allows them to see the sheet, mostly though it prevents them completely from accessing it.
