Help setting up


Zoho was recommended as one of the options by Mailerlite , so I can buy a domain and create an email, to use to send out newsletters.
I signed up and paid for Zoho Lite, but when I follow instructions to buy a domain, under Admin console, there is no link visible to buy Domain. 
When I select Buy domain from the top drop down button i get this message - Operation not permitted Go to Admin Console.

So now I'm stuck. Theres no further instruction, if some verification is missing or whatnot. I wrote to customer care and haven't heard back either.

I don't know if this was the wrong choice for my need, I'm overwhelmed, I'm not even sure where to post this query. I just need an email address that meets the requirement for a newsletter mail service. I understand I need a business account for this, not a personal email.  That's what I did. So would appreciate some support from here.
