Help with Contact Form

Help with Contact Form

Hi,

I have created my first website using zoho sites, I have the default contact form that came with the template. However when you fill in the fields and hit submit, you are presented with a page of text:

I get the email, which is what I want, but can anyone tell me how to keep the user on the website, instead of this text appearing?
