Help! Zoho crm, books (time tracking), and expenses
Hello,
We want to use zoho crm to track our customers and "deals" (jobs).
We are going to link zoho books & expenses & to the crm.
We do septic repairs so for example if we are going to install a new tee:
- there would be a "deal" in zoho crm with an invoice which we can create through zoho crm and it will sync with zoho books
- we will have an inventory of parts so like 2 tees in storage, 1 tee on a truck.
- when we make the invoice with a line item "install a new tee", we want to take one out of inventory, and mark it as an expense attached to that crm deal
- there is also labor for this service so we want to be able to add time in zoho books and have it linked to the "deal" in crm
Is this possible and if so what do i need to do to make it work?
