Hiring Pipeline Widget: Recommendations
Hiring Pipeline Widget: This is a great new feature and fixes your views problem. Views are an issue because there is no ability to combine two different modules info together. Its either Candidates or Job Openings. Not both. I recommend making the following updates to the Hiring Pipeline Widget. You should allow the option to remove "Hiring Stages". As an everyday option, I don't need to view two of them ( In-Active or Hired). These are specific to our Zoho Recruit but I think you can get the picture. Ability to list field information from the job on the widget. I would like the ability to see certain info such as number of openings and Full Time or Part Time. The hover over for more info on link is not a good option. I want to see all at once. The Hiring Widget shows number of candidates in each hiring stage. I would prefer that you actually list names as links to candidates pages. For a high number of candidates in a stage have the max go to 3 or 4 names and create a link or three dots that opens to all candidates in stage. As a default you have a list of the total number of candidates. This can be removed. Not very helpful. Hope these are an option to improve the pipeline.
