Holidays and celebrations: Unveiling SalesIQ's seasonal theme!
The holiday season is upon us, and we are feeling all the more merrier at SalesIQ while we unveil this seasonal update. Get ready to sprinkle some holiday magic onto your websites with SalesIQ's new seasonal theme.
This new festive theme will provide your SalesIQ website chat with a Christmassy makeover, embracing the festive spirit and making your online presence merrier than ever!
How do you set up the Seasonal theme?
- Look for the Santa hat icon at the bottom right of your SalesIQ portal.
- When clicking on the icon, an info box appears providing details about the Christmas theme, such as where to enable this setting for your brands and until when the theme will be available. Click on 'Enable Now'.
- This will provide a list of brands on your portal. Select all the brands that you want to enable the seasonal theme for, and click on 'Enable Now'. This will enable the theme for all the selected brands in a single click.
Note: The Santa hat icon at the bottom disappears once the above step is done. If you wish to adjust the seasonal theme later for your brands, head to Settings > Brands > {Your Brand} > Personalization > Appearance, and toggle the 'Seasonal Theme' option for a touch of Christmas magic.
And Voila!
Your website chat widget will now showcase the delightful Christmas theme, spreading holiday joy to your website visitors. Pretty cool, right?
