HotKeys for TeamInBox essential, in Zoho Mail, why not TeamInBox?

This is absolutely the biggest downfall for me with TeamInBox.

First response to customer queries require the most 'hotkeys' for canned responses.

PLEASE - Integrate this feature as a priority as I can't fathom why it is not the most important feature!!]
