How and where do we see our organizations email addresses and how do we remove old users from our Zoho One?
Hi,
I am a long time Zoho user and used to be a big fan. Lately, I feel they have grown to become just another big tech company who has stopped listening to us little guys.
I signed into my Zoho mail and went to the "new" admin. screen and could not find where to add a simple email address to my domain. So I decided to use chat support. They said that email address management is done in the Zoho One admin panel. I could not find anything. My Google searches only returned Zoho Mail help and nothing referring to Zoho One.
In addition, while I was in the Zoho Mail admin panel I see that I have 14 users, when reañlly I have 4! I have repeatedly asked both Zoho Mail and Zoho One to remove these users that no longer have any relationship with my organization and yet they still are there. Can anyone tell me how we at least hide, if not remove people that we no longer need in our account?

How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?
