Hello everyone, we are in the process of testing Zoho Recruit and evaluating, if it feeds our needs.
We have vendors that provide us candidate profiles from their companies.
We would like them to be able to manage and edit the profiles.
Right now, if I test myself the vendor portal, I can only see the candidate status and the uploaded CV, nothing more.
Do you have an idea on how to achieve that?
Alternatively, we thought we give the vendor access via the candidate portal, but a) Zoho does not appear to support addresses with a + (plus addressing) which would avoid them having to create an extra email for every candidate.
[[Also there is another problem: Changing the email address after a candidate has entered a candidate portal - perhaps I'll create this as extra topic?]]
Nevertheless, here is the screenshot of the vendor portal:
If I click on the candidate, this is what the vendor would see:
Basically it shows the uploaded original CV, but not the candidate profile. So we cannot collaborate with the vendor.
If we ask the vendor "Hey does your candidate offer one of these technologies?", then they could just update the profile.
Instead we would be manually parsing that from the notes.
