I need to be able to import an Excel-based price list into my app for processing.

I understand that I can create an App based on data imported from an external spreadsheet.  I do not wish to do this. Instead, I wish to create a button within the Creator App which, when pressed will allow me to select an Excel file of a predefined format, to import into the Creator Database.

I cannot work out how to do this. Please help.
