How do I add a visitor to my CRM

How do I tie up a visitor who I have not web chatted with to a Zoho CRM contact/lead.  On numerous occasions I have had visitors online who call me on the phone at the same time, so I can identify them in SaleIQ.  

I want to add them to my CRM/tie  them up to existing leads in my CRM but I cannot find a way to do this without them having to chat with me via the SalesIQ plug in first.

Is it possible to do this without the web chat?
