How do I close my Zoho Notebook account?

How do I close my Zoho Notebook account?

I signed up for a Zoho account so I can try syncing between my devices for the Zoho Notebook app but decided it would not fit my needs. Now I'm in the midst of trying to delete my account but it's asking me to verify my phone number (which I never gave in the first place when I first started the account) before I can do that. To be clear here are the step I've tried:
1) I would login to accounts.zoho.com
2) go to my dashboard then settings
3) go to Close Account (the url at this point is https://accounts.zoho.com/u/h#setting/closeaccount). The screen says "You are an administrator of your organization : "ZohoNotebook".  You should cancel your organization from Business, before closing your account." At this point I'm a bit confused whey this organization was created in the first place. There was no mention of this when I first created the account.
4) I click on the "Business" link to cancel the organization but I'm asked to enter my phone number to verify my account. I never had to give my phone number to open the account in the first place so it seems strange I would have to give my phone number just to close the account. It certainly something I'm not keen on doing.

If somebody can help me close my account it would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
