How do I control spam in my public Wiki comments?

I am setting up an Enterprise Level Zoho wiki for discussion of old historical documents. I will encourage comments, but do not want to spend hours and hours moderating the comments. I have already put my Zoho forum into the wiki. How do I implement something like Captcha or reCaptcha to guard the comments doorway?
