How do I create subitems in inventory?

How do I create subitems in inventory?

When I click on ITEMS, I would like to sort my inventory by VENDOR.  For example, I order certain supplements from vendor Standard Process.  I would like to have all the products I purchase from Standard Process grouped together. I do not want products from different Vendors mixed together when I pull up the ITEM L

I would also like to have all my SERVICES grouped together vs. having to scroll through all the taxable products.  

For example: 
Services
    New Patient Visit
    Follow Up Visit
    Prepaide Package Visit #1 
    Prepaid Package Visit #2 
    Detox Foot Baths
    60-min Coaching Session

ABC Company/Vendor
   Vitamin A
   Vitamin B
   Vitamin D

Happy Company/Vendor
   Smile Vitamin
   Stress Free Vitamin
   Etc
   

Is there a way to do that?
