I've just set up a test employee annual engagement survey and set it to 'maintain anonymity'.
I can't review the reports until 5 responses have been received, which is great. However once 5 responses have been received, I can very easily see the responses by person.
For example, being able to see the breakdown by designation - is clearly not anonymous as there will only ever be one CEO, one CTO etc.
We have one location with three staff - so being able to breakdown by location also makes this very specific.
I'm also deeply uncomfortable that you can see all the answers that a single respondent gave. It would be difficult to identify an individual based on their answer to one question, but much easier based on their answers to several.
I have the full survey all set up and ready to go but I can't honestly send it out as an 'anonymous' survey.
How do I disable some of these reports?
Thanks!
