The application currently forces me to accept/resolve all changes before sending for negotiation. I generally expect 3 - 5 rounds of back-and-forth, where all parties want to see what the other party changed. It's also useful to provide "comments" so that the other party understands the context for a change.

How can I make changes/comments persistent so that the other party can see and react to them as part of the process?
