How do you move data from old employees "My Folders" at the root level
Hi,
As employees come and go we need to ensure that the documents that they are saving to their work drive "My Folders" is able to be redirected or moved at the root level of their "My Folders".
Current I can see that in data administration you can use the search function and even the "
* " search the folder, but how do I share the whole directory without needing to do it one folder at a time. this is corporate data, that needs to be handed over to the next employee.
any advice?
