How does a single marketing, sales, accounts & projects team manage multiple organisations with different work scopes

Greetings!
We have multiple organizations but managed by a individuals in the respective departments.
Would you suggest if we should go by an all employee zoho one plan for differentiate departments with individual apps. We have employees working in house, on-site and remotely as well.

How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?
