How does CartRover map to Zoho Inventory composite items?

How does CartRover map to Zoho Inventory composite items?

Hi, we are currently connecting ShipStation as a cart to Zoho Inventory as a WMS via CartRover. Most orders have come over fine but we are getting issues with some of our bundle SKUs. We have identified one specific SKU item as being the likely culprit as it exists in each bundle that is erroring out. However, the SKU as an individual item has no problems coming over.

Below is an example of one of the error messages. Nothing has been deleted or marked inactive.

'Could not send order xxxxxxxxx to Zoho Error
message: SalesOrder cannot be raised for items
that have been deleted or marked as inactive.'

Any information as to how CartRover maps to Zoho Inventory composite items/bundles would be much appreciated.
