How I can export emails from zoho crm ?
Hello,
I am looking for the workaround for exporting the sent e-mails.
We use the Zoho crm free version (with upgrated storage) - and the e-mails are written/sent within/out of the crm feature. For our cases we only use 1) companies and 2) contacts - the e-mails were of course sent from the "tab" contact. All sent e-mails are listed there.
We are committed by our clients to report all actions (research, calls and e-mails) - the main data (companies, contacts and calls and the fact of the sent emails) we get by reports. That works fine.
But how we can export the words of the e-mails ? And the attachments, or rsp. the information about the attachment ?
This is a BIG PROBLEM at the moment - we don't know what to do. Who can help?

ps: Because of we don't know how to configurate for recieving e-mails (by contacts) directly in Zoho crm, there are only e-mails that have been sent by us. The e-mails we recieve by contacts run into our email programm. Very complicated and suboptimal...
