How to add owners payments which need repaying at a later stage

In the early days of my business, as owner, I am paying some of the business expenses out of my own pocket/bank.  How should these business expenses be recorded and at the same time show the amounts a liability (ie.  amounts that need to be repaid to me as owner, by the business, at a later stage)
