How to add the reimbursable bill that is exported into quickbooks to the employees pay check automatically?

I have exported the employees reimbursement from ZOHO into my quicbooks online.
Then it becomes a bill under my staff members name.
How do i add the bill now directly to the employees pay check that is not manual?

Please help!
