how to block old remote unattended downloads
I've recently "fired" one of my worst clients. Now they appear to be either purposely or "accidently" installing and enabling a copy of my unattended access installer that I left on their PC's. I've asked them to not do this and remove the application, and they tell me they don't know what I'm talking about.
This is causing me to run out of licenses. When I notice it happening I remove the PC's from the manage devices screen (using delete and uninstall). Yet sometime in the next week they will be reinstalled.

Can I generate a new unattended access installer and disable the old one?

Unattended Access (Beta) is live! Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription. They can also be accessed by your organization members. My Computers list in Zoho Assist home page will always display the online status of your unattended computers. You can rename the computers whenever you wish. Currently, Unattended Access can be configured only for Windows computers. Nevertheless,
