I am using Zoho Survey to build quiz based assessments. Each response is pre-assigned a score value. So assume there are 10 questions with each correct response carrying 10 marks.. totalling up to 100. 

Now if the quiz taker scores 80, how can I capture this score into another app (Be it a CRM like Zoho Bigin or a third party platform like Bubble.io)?

Can an integration be possible via Zoho Flow?
