We use Zoho Connect Task boards everyday for our organisation, and in order to organise daily, weekly and monthly tasks, I have set up recurring tasks up in our Zoho Connect task board for particular members in the team that have the same tasks in those frequencies (such as weekly reporting, monthly reporting, etc).
The problem I seem to constantly find with setting up recurring tasks, is that it sets up the next TWO recurring tasks in the backlog, which oftentimes confuses the team members which one to use (even if we've set a start or end date). The tasks obviously look identical, so a lot of the times our team is getting through these tasks super quickly and clicking the wrong one's due date.
How do you change the amount of "future" dated recurring tasks to come up in the backlog? For example, I want to be working on one recurring task, close it, and only then will the next recurring task for the next frequency pop up in the backlog, not the next two. Let's say I'm working on a monthly reporting task I've set to recur on the first of every month. I've just finished June's task, and as soon as I complete it, I expect July's recurring task to then pop up in my Backlog. At the moment, July AND August are both coming up, which is causing lots of confusion, especially for those that have weekly frequencies.
I have attached a screenshot of what I mean with a current example. Please advise how to change this so only the next instance comes up, not the next two.
