If you're using helpdesks to manage your IT service requirements, you can now integrate Vault with popular helpdesk solutions like Service Now, JIRA, Zendesk, Zoho Desk, and ServiceDesk Plus OnDemand. This allows users to request access for critical passwords that have been enabled with access control simply by referencing a valid ticket from the helpdesk.
You can now organize your Vault backup in one place with Vault's cloud backup integration. Vault allows you to securely send encrypted copies of your data to popular cloud storage services like Amazon S3, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive and use them as a disaster recovery option. These features will help you:
