Hi all - I am not sure if i am pushing the capabilities of zoho enterprise but here goes...I would like to save our Sales team building off line quotes and having to re key information that we have each time the customers wants a quote.
Our data structure is Parent account, account, contact, site. There are often 1,000s of site at and account level, there can be some cross over of contacts and site contacts but we given them different roles to separate.
We delivery different types of consultancy at various sites / locations. I would like to create an quote by site (we have created a module and uploaded over 30,000 sites). Each site is often different in size and complexity, the most common work we do is assessments, but we basically sell time by the hour or square foot (this can be achieved in the product section)
Ideally i would like a person to be able to create a quote (linked the account) select the sites from the related list (would need to do this)....And then apply products to each of the sites. Per sites there could be 1-5 products depending on what we are going to do.
I would like need to create a quote template that only show the cost at a site level, so would need a sub total for each site....
Once the Sale order / Quote is agree i would at the click of a button liek to be able to export all the sites data (thats in the system) and the cost by site...
Is this achievable?
PS the time saving is that all the site data is in the system and not in spreadsheet and being lost every time.
