How to delete user and transfer data to another user

Hi all. As an admin, how to delete an user and transfer the data they have stored in the app to another user? 

Basically the user whom I want to delete had access to only one app, Zoho CRM. So the user had stored certain data inside her account in the Zoho CRM application. So how to delete her account from ZohoOne but before which I would like to transfer the data to another user?
