We have integrated the Zoho SalesIQ chat widget on our website (https://www.mcneiladvantage.com/) and are currently using the Codeless Zobot bot to communicate with our clients. When configuring our chatbot, we utilized the button feature to allow clients to select from the provided options. However, there is still a box under the options that says "Type your message and hit 'Enter'."
Please see the attached photo for reference. We would like to disable free text inputs to maximize the effectiveness of our chatbot for our company. Does anyone know how we can disable the free text input for our Zoho SalesIQ chatbot?
