How to display contact name AND product info in the same DESK report?

How to display contact name AND product info in the same DESK report?

I need both of the following columns in a single report:  I am able to obtain each one of them independently, but can't seem to find a way to include them both as column-items in the same report.

I need a report that displays open tickets, and has columns that display the Contact Name and the Product associated with a ticket.  Is that possible.
