We switched to Zoho mail a few months ago. Mostly it is great for us.
I find that every day, about 10 real customer email replies end up in our spam folders. I can't add our customers to whitelist because we get 100 new ones every day and we have about 600k of them.
We also have a dozen domains, and our mailbox names for some of these are 30 years old (we are an old company) and cannot be changed.
What I do is log in by hand on 7 specific email accounts, look at spam, kick the emails there by mistake as "not spam" and delete the rest. I'm looking for a good way to automate this.
1. Is there a way to redirect SPAM only from one mailbox to another?
2. Or has someone found a tool where you can monitor only Spam folders for different mailboxes? I can set up Thunderbird IMAP for instance, but it would set up the full mailbox, where I only need to check the SPAM folders - we have other systems that handle the inbox and outbox.
Or 3. Is there a way to stay simultaneously logged in to 7 accounts. The real problem is not checking. It is that it takes 5 mouse or button clicks to log out, log in, reject 2fa message, click spam. If I could just stay logged in to view that may save me 10 minutes a day.
Just seeing what other people do.
Thanks!
