How to get tickets that need to be merged on the same screen
I often become aware of tickets that need to be merged but have yet to find a way to get the tickets on the same page with the checkboxes next to them w/the merge tool.
Today I did an advanced search and actually go two that need to be merged on the screen with necessary elements but was deflated when I found out that there is incorrect validation on the page that prevents me from doing it this way too.
Anyone have any suggestions?
