How to Give App Access to All Zoho Users

Hello,

Sorry for the silly question, but I am preparing to launch a Creator App for the first time, and I do not have the means to test it with someone else.

I want to give access to all our Zoho users for one of my Creator app.

When I click Creator Settings -> Users -> Add User, a Zoho One page opens.

After clicking Assign Users button there, I have 3 options: Individual, Group, Everyone.

I clicked Everyone -> All Members and selected necessary app name and permissions. Note that, in Creator Settings -> Users page, I do not see any additional users.

Now, does that mean any active Zoho One users we have in the company can now access the app? Or does it mean anybody who has a Zoho account can access it?
