How to integrate Survey results in Zoho CRM to access Survey results via link

Hello @all,

I know how to connect surveys to Zoho CRM and save results as attachments.

But this is not very useful because the results are only available as PDF. So I'm looking for a way to make the results accessible like ZohoCRM does when you start a survey from ZohoCRM.

When the contact completes the survey, I can see and access the results in the associated Zoho Survey list. Seems to only work this way when I start the survey from CRM and not the other way around.

It would be nice if I could attach the results to the associated "Zoho Survey" list if the survey was started from outside ZohoCRM, e.g. via a link on a homepage.

Basic knowledge about Flow or Deluge script I have too, but just missing a solution approach.

I am grateful for any idea.
