How to integrate Zoho Inventory and Xero - Create a new invoice
Hi,
This is a short description of how you can set up an integration between Zoho Inventory and Xero by using Zapier.
To use this integration you need a paid plan with Zapier.
Trigger: Zoho Inventory - New invoice
First action: Find or create contact in Xero
- action event: find contact
- set up action: find the right fields from Zoho Inventory
Second action: Zapier formatted: replace text
- Input: Line item tax percentage (10)
- Find: 10
- Replace: OUTPUT
Final action: Create Sales invoice in Xero
- action event: Create sales invoice
- set up action: Find contact details from Xero contact (1. action) and the invoice details from Zoho Inventory.
Very important that in the line item section use Zoho Inventory "1. line item" fields
At the "Tax Rate" choose the formatted (replaced - 2. action) field
