How to Publish survey?

How to Publish survey?

Hi-

Im totally new with Zoho 2 days and absolutly love it. Im trying to uderstand how to publish a survey. After I create the form, I have like 100 contacts that I need to invite to complete the survey. 

I havent seen how to even save the form.

What do I do with the form once I have selected all the fields I need? How do I save it- how do I send it to my contacts, or how do I get them to fill it in? Sorry, but I havent seen instructions on actually how to use the document once created and get it to the responders.
