I read the UAC page (https://www.zoho.com/assist/help/uac-support.html), and it looks like the end user - not the remote technician - has to enter the administrative password in a UAC dialogue. Is this correct? Any work arounds?
I support a company that does not want their end users to have administrative privileges. I can visit their office and install Zoho client software, if that is a viable solution. Thanks, let me know you thoughts.
