How to remove Respondent Variables?

Hi I want to remove the Respondent Variables. First, I uploaded the CSV file to Zoho Sign and then I edited the columns of that CSV file and uploaded the new version again. And the Respondent Variables from the column of the old version still show.

RV1-RV4 is the column from the old CSV version

RV5 is the new one
