how to send email or sms for all customers ?

Hi,

This is like i am thinking ; let me know if it is possible like this or is there other solution for the same.

first form

lookup field may be - for all customers which has name -- so we can take email , phone

then message - we willl put message in this field.

and then on submit, we can send messages or emails to all customers.

is it possible ? if yes ... can i get the sample code for the same. Or any other steps to achieve the same
