How to setup customer journey

I am new to using the tool.
We are a hardware and software services seller. Our customers are large fleets and other businesses. We have specific steps from contacting the leads to delivering products and after sales relationship.
After the sales, we also monitor our assets to help our customer with software updates and hardware updates.
Is there a good tutorial, Where we can look setup process, videos, or manuals etc.
