How to share Document Publicly with Read/Write access

How to share Document Publicly with Read/Write access

How can I share a document to ALL/Public with read/write access?  I am able to share to all with just visibility/read access but can't seem to find a way to designate a share that is read/write for the public.

The help files references, but it seems out of date as the options have now changed:

To share your files with non-Zoho users:

  • 1Click Share 
     in the top-right corner of the window. A dialog box, titled Share Settings , will appear.
  • 2Click the down arrow on the right side of the Add Collaborators field.
  • 3Click Everyone in Internet. A dialog box containing the file's unique access link will appear. Anyone with this link will be able to access this file without needing to log in to Zoho Docs.
  • 4You can set a password for your file. Check the box below the document link labeled Password protect access . Enter your password in the Set Password field.
  • 5Set an expiration date for your password by checking the box labeled Expiration Date if you want to restrict your contacts from accessing the file after a specific date.
