I hope this message finds you well. Im up for a challenge and I was wondering if among all Zoho's products and features there is something that would solve as close as possible the following challenge:

We would like to share with some customer a document with important instructions for a process, which will be an important intellectual property asset which we would like to discourage it will fall to easily in our competitors hands.

So, we have been brainstorming different actions:

To personalize each document with document merge and the CRM, adding the details of the person this document has been shared to. This can be done with Zoho Docs. All good.

Is there a way to do not allow people to download the document?

Is there a way to add a password access that would automatically change every week for example? This would allow the person to use the instructions, and later, after they finish, even if its after years, they can not access to this document again to share with another person?

Is there a way to add an automatically generated password that would expire?
