How to use Desk Invoke API ?

We are planning to work on using The Channel Integration API:

In order to push data from our app to desk.

It seems to be a good idea to use The Desk Invoke API as mentioned: 

https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/zoho-crm-platform/extensions-for-zoho-desk/platform-rest-apis/articles/desk-invoke-api#Using_Desk_Invoke_API

But we have trouble understanding how to use it.

What is the requestHeader HASH ? Is it a request header with a Key "HASH" and the Value is generate with this method https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/zoho-crm-platform/extensions-for-zoho-desk/platform-rest-apis/articles/desk-invoke-api#Generate_Hash_for_Invoke_API ?

Does anybody have some real example of this ? Thanks community !
