How to use the entry in one field to provide options on another one?.

To all,

I am trying to understand if I can use the entry of one field to provide options on another one.

i.e:

Field 1: Pick List = (1) English (2) Colleges

Field 2: Pick List = (1) All English Institutions if you choose ENGLISH in Field 1

(2) All Colleges if you choose COLLEGES in Field 2
