How would you have different (non-sync'd) calendars to update and edit when necessary?

How would you have different (non-sync'd) calendars to update and edit when necessary?

Good morning!   Just need a little insight as to how exactly one creates different calendars with different information on them (that do not immediately sync up if at all).   For example, load board on a calendar, operations calendar, and a sales calendar.   Let me know when you can please.
