We send in last week and this week a lot of newsletter but ALL are delivered very late.
It takes 6 hours before user can see our newsletter.
I see many other user (this week and last week posted) with same issue.
1. Do you have so much terrible monitoring and did not check this server sending issue?
2. Please take care to our newsletter and check the reputation and IPs of the sender server.
Please solve that issue. We had every month new issues on zoho. Before we was using GetResponse and ActiveCampaign many years without any problem and with a lot of better server/sender reputation. The reputation is not only based on your customer, its also based on your work, software and server technical details. Please take care and send us feedback.
If we send TO SAME CONTACTS via ActiveCampaign and via GetResponse: our inbox rate is dramaticly better then sending via Zoho Campaign. Think about it. ;-) So filtering to active users will not help, because there are the same contacts! Solution?
3. Please tell us why you do not take care to this bad server score:
Fraud Score 65 ZOHO London, GB.
Score of ActiveCampaign: 98!!
Score of GetResponse: 100!!!
Why? Solution?
4. We entered SPF and DKIM and are able to verify this in zoho campaigns.
But result after testing: "DKIM or DK signature exists, but is not valid."
Why? Solution?
5. Next issue: "Message has a DKIM or DK signature, not necessarily valid"
Why? Solution?
6. Sending via ActiveCampaign / GetResponse: Newsletter is after 20 minutes in the inbox.
Sending via Zoho Campaigns: you need to wait 4 - 6 hours for mail in inbox.
Why? Solution?
